Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) represent an essential part of the patient-care team. In assisting the medical staff, CNAs not only provide physical care for patients but also emotional and spiritual support, truly making a difference in the lives of patients and families.

Becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant is the fastest way to get your start in the medical field. Get trained in patient care by our staff of medical professionals, gain valuable experience in a care facility, pass both a written and a skills test at our facility, and receive your CA state certification. All this can be done in as little as 4 weeks!

The Certified Nursing Assistant course trains students in the basic principles of nursing, including the role of the certified nurse assistant on a health care team. Students learn basic anatomy and medical terminology, ethics and communication, and basic procedural skills. Students learn to observe and provide personal care to patients and provide assistance to other health care personnel in hospitals and in extended care and long-term care facilities.

Our course includes: Textbooks & Exam prep, Scrubs, Stethoscope, BP Cuff, Gait-belt, Live Scan fingerprinting (required), and Liability Insurance.

Breif Descriptions of required course work

Under medical or licensed nursing supervision, the Certified Nursing Assistant provides nursing care to patients/residents/clients or inmates who are physically ill, disabled, convalescent or geriatric; assist the physician or nurse with examination and treatments of patients; motivate and assist patients in developing and utilizing their maximum potential for self-care; and do other related work.
