The Acute Care Nursing Assistant program consists of 116 hours of instruction and is designed to perpare Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA's) for employment in an acute care setting or facility. 

The course provides a comprehensive review of nursing assitant skills with emphasis on acute care units such as medical, surgical, pediatric, obstetric, and orthopedic.  This training program includes both classroom and clinical instructions.

Course Prerequisite:  Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
